Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Illinois Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services in a full-time remote role. This position involves working closely with clients facing family tension, relationship concerns, behavioral patterns, and emotional stressors that affect daily life. You will play a key role in helping clients better understand their situations, strengthen relationships, and move toward healthier routines and decisions. Responsibilities: Provide telehealth counseling for individuals, couples, and families Evaluate client concerns and establish treatment goals Use evidence-based therapy approaches that fit each client’s needs Support clients through relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and life adjustments Complete session notes, treatment updates, and other required records Active LMFT license in Illinois Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a role where your work can truly make a difference from day one.
