Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Remote Opportunity Location: Virginia (Remote) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re seeking a skilled LMFT to join our team and provide high-quality virtual care. In this full-time, remote role, you’ll work with clients who are seeking therapy to address relationship and family dynamics. Your expertise will guide them through their challenges while maintaining professional, compassionate care. Responsibilities: Conduct video therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families Develop and implement customized therapeutic interventions Document client progress and update treatment plans regularly Provide support for clients dealing with relationship issues, stress, and family conflict Stay current with best practices and professional development Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Valid LMFT license in Virginia At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting Strong communication skills and the ability to connect remotely with clients 2 weeks paid time off (PTO) Health insurance 401K plan with 3% company match Ready to bring your expertise to an impactful remote role?
