Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Kentucky Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: We are recruiting a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote opportunity. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping clients work through family stress, partnership issues, life changes, and emotional health concerns in a practical and structured way. You will conduct therapy sessions online, support treatment planning, maintain documentation, and help clients develop healthier ways of relating and coping. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families Identify client needs through assessment and clinical conversation Develop, implement, and update treatment plans Provide support for relationship concerns, family conflict, and emotional challenges Complete required documentation accurately and on time Track outcomes and adjust interventions as appropriate Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Active Kentucky LMFT license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role where your work can truly make a difference from day one.
