Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position: Full-Time Location: West Virginia Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a full-time LMFT to deliver remote therapy services across West Virginia. This role focuses on helping clients work through relationship challenges, family dynamics, and mental health concerns in a structured and practical way. Your day will include therapy sessions, clinical assessments, documentation, and guiding clients through measurable progress. Responsibilities: Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions Support clients with relationship, family, and emotional concerns Complete intake evaluations and clinical assessments Create clear and goal-based treatment plans Maintain timely and detailed documentation Follow professional and ethical standards of care Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active LMFT license in West Virginia Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong clinical and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience into a role where your work supports real progress every day.
