Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: New Hampshire Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary This role is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants to focus on helping clients strengthen relationships, manage family stress, and improve emotional health through virtual therapy. You will meet with clients online, provide clinical guidance, document services, and support treatment progress in a structured full-time setting. Responsibilities Provide therapy services through a secure telehealth platform Work with individuals, couples, and families on a range of clinical concerns Complete assessments and establish therapy goals with clients Use appropriate therapeutic methods based on presenting needs Document session notes, treatment plans, and updates in a timely manner Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health field Current LMFT license in New Hampshire At least 1 year of clinical therapy experience preferred Experience working with couples, families, or relationship-centered cases Solid understanding of evidence-based therapy approaches 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step in your therapy career with a role built for meaningful client work and steady professional growth.
