Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary A growing telehealth practice is seeking an LMFT to provide virtual therapy to Vermont clients. This role focuses on helping clients improve communication, manage conflict, strengthen relationships, and work through emotional and behavioral concerns. Location: Vermont Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Conduct remote therapy sessions through a secure platform Work with individuals, couples, and families Complete intake assessments and treatment planning Help clients address anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and family concerns Keep accurate and timely progress notes Coordinate referrals when clinically appropriate Active Vermont LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems Strong clinical judgment and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Take the next step in your LMFT career with a full-time remote role serving clients across Vermont.
