Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary This full-time LMFT position offers the opportunity to provide therapy from a remote setting while supporting clients with real-life concerns that affect their relationships, homes, and day-to-day functioning. You will meet with clients through telehealth, complete assessments, guide treatment planning, and provide steady clinical support for individuals, couples, and families. Position Details Location: Arkansas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Conduct remote therapy sessions for clients using an approved telehealth system Provide treatment for couples, families, and individuals facing emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns Create, review, and update treatment plans Document sessions, progress notes, assessments, and care updates in a timely manner Use evidence-based therapy approaches appropriate to each client’s needs Assess risk, respond to safety concerns, and follow required clinical protocols Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in all client interactions Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field Active Arkansas LMFT license in good standing Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Ability to maintain a private, secure workspace for remote sessions Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an Arkansas-licensed LMFT looking for a stable remote role with meaningful clinical work, we’d be glad to hear from you.
