Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Colorado Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Colorado. This role is a strong match for a clinician who enjoys structured therapy work, clear documentation, and helping clients navigate the everyday pressures that affect relationships and family life. You may work with couples trying to rebuild communication, parents managing household stress, families adjusting to change, or individuals dealing with emotional concerns that affect their relationships. Each session gives you the chance to provide useful clinical support in a remote setting. Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions with Colorado-based clients Provide care for individuals, couples, and families Complete clinical evaluations and gather relevant client history Build treatment plans with clear goals and measurable progress Support clients through relationship issues, conflict, parenting challenges, stress, and transitions Active LMFT license in Colorado Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Experience working with couples, families, or individual clients Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a remote LMFT role where your clinical skills can support real families across Colorado, we would be glad to connect with you.
