Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: New Hampshire Setting: Remote Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to New Hampshire clients who need support with conflict, emotional concerns, family dynamics, and major life changes. This role is built for an LMFT who wants to focus on quality client care while working in a structured telehealth setting. You will help clients identify what is no longer working, improve communication, and take realistic steps toward healthier relationships at home and in daily life. Responsibilities Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth Complete intake assessments and identify client goals Create and update treatment plans based on clinical needs Support clients with communication issues, relationship stress, family changes, and emotional concerns Document sessions accurately and within required timeframes Maintain professional standards for confidentiality, ethics, and telehealth practice Active LMFT license in New Hampshire Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Strong understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience into a remote role that offers structure, stability, and meaningful client work.
