Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Delaware Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Setting: Telehealth / Remote Clients in Delaware need mental health care that is professional, accessible, and easy to continue consistently. This remote telehealth role allows licensed clinicians to provide online counseling from a secure virtual setting while guiding clients through goal-based care. This is a strong opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working independently, building trust with clients, and maintaining a clear clinical structure. Key Responsibilities Provide telehealth counseling to clients located in Delaware Complete assessments, care plans, progress notes, and related clinical records Support clients with mental health, emotional wellness, and relationship concerns Use appropriate clinical interventions based on client needs Maintain a confidential, professional, and client-centered online care setting Must hold an active Delaware license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Experience in counseling, therapy, or clinical social work Comfortable delivering services through telehealth Strong documentation and time management skills Able to provide consistent care in a remote environment 2 weeks of paid time off Health insurance coverage 401(k) plan with a 3% company match If your Delaware license is active and you are looking for a remote counseling opportunity, apply today to take the next step.
