Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Maryland Summary: We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide telehealth psychotherapy services to adult clients across Maryland. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care within a clear remote workflow. Responsibilities: Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth Conduct assessments and create treatment plans Maintain timely progress notes and documentation Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans as needed Follow Maryland licensing and clinical requirements Active Maryland LCSW-C, LMFT or LCPC license Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience EHR documentation experience 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match Qualified clinicians are encouraged to move forward with this remote opportunity.

Responsibilities
