Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Virginia (Remote) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you’ll provide critical support to individuals and families navigating life's challenges. This remote, full-time role allows you to make a direct, positive impact on people’s mental health and relationships. You'll be the go-to person for offering therapeutic interventions, treatment plans, and ongoing support in a telehealth environment. Responsibilities: Conduct individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms Assess client needs and create personalized treatment plans Maintain accurate client records, tracking progress and treatment outcomes Provide evidence-based therapy for a variety of mental health concerns Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed Ensure all documentation is in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Valid LMFT license in Virginia At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting Strong communication skills and the ability to connect remotely with clients 2 weeks paid time off (PTO) Health insurance 401K plan with 3% company match Ready to bring your expertise to an impactful remote role?
