Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Location: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: This full-time remote opportunity is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants to focus on direct client care in a structured telehealth setting. You will work with clients dealing with family stress, relationship issues, communication problems, emotional concerns, and day-to-day mental health needs. The role requires strong clinical organization, thoughtful treatment planning, and the ability to build trust through virtual care. Responsibilities: Provide therapy through secure telehealth sessions Work with individuals, couples, and families on a range of behavioral health concerns Complete assessments and establish treatment objectives Track client progress and update care plans as clinically appropriate Maintain thorough and compliant session documentation Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active LMFT license in the state of Maryland Experience providing therapy to couples, families, and individual clients Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Excellent communication and time management skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role built for meaningful remote care and steady professional growth.
