Full-Time Remote LMFT | Indiana Licensed Therapist Opening Position Details Location: Indiana Setting: Remote Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist position gives you the chance to provide therapy in a focused, organized telehealth setting. You will work with clients who need support around relationships, family roles, emotional strain, conflict, communication, and major changes at home or in daily life. The role is built for an LMFT who can balance clinical care with clear documentation and thoughtful treatment planning. Sessions are held virtually, allowing you to support clients across Indiana while maintaining a consistent full-time schedule and professional clinical structure. Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually for individual, couple, and family therapy sessions Evaluate presenting concerns and determine appropriate clinical goals Provide therapy for relationship stress, family transitions, conflict resolution, grief, anxiety, and communication concerns Guide clients in recognizing behavior patterns and improving relational skills Prepare treatment plans, progress notes, and required clinical documentation Maintain confidentiality and follow telehealth privacy standards Use sound clinical judgment when assessing risk, safety concerns, or referral needs Manage session flow, follow-up needs, and ongoing treatment updates Stay aligned with Indiana licensure requirements and professional practice standards Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing Previous clinical experience working with individuals, couples, or families Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards Experience with EHR systems preferred $115,000–$120,000 annual salary Full-time remote position Health Insurance 2 weeks PTO 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Monday–Friday daytime schedule Supportive clinical structure and administrative resources Opportunity to serve clients throughout Indiana through telehealth If you are ready for a full-time LMFT role that offers strong pay, remote work, and a clear clinical structure, this opportunity may be a strong match for your next career move.
