Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Oklahoma Role Summary This role is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who prefers structured workdays and meaningful clinical outcomes. You will deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. The focus is on practical intervention, relational patterns, and long-term progress rather than volume-driven care. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely Complete clinical intakes and relational assessments Design and adjust treatment plans based on session outcomes Document sessions accurately and on schedule Apply evidence-based family systems approaches Follow Oklahoma LMFT practice standards and ethics Active Oklahoma Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience working with relational and systemic issues Comfortable providing therapy in a telehealth setting Strong organization and documentation skills 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) with 3% company match If structured days and focused clinical work sound right for you, this could be the role worth exploring next.
