Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Illinois Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote LMFT role gives you the opportunity to provide therapy to Illinois clients from a structured telehealth setting. You will support people as they work through family conflict, relationship concerns, communication barriers, emotional strain, and major life changes. The work is steady, people-focused, and centered on helping clients build practical tools they can use outside of session. Responsibilities Deliver secure virtual therapy sessions to clients in Illinois Provide care for individuals, couples, and families Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations Develop treatment plans that reflect client goals and presenting concerns Help clients improve communication, manage stress, and address relationship patterns Current Illinois LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field Previous clinical experience with couples, families, or individual therapy Knowledge of family systems, relational therapy, and mental health treatment planning Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong professional judgment and clear written communication 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a remote role built for consistency, focus, and meaningful client care.
