Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position: Full-Time Location: New Hampshire Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for an LMFT who can provide clear, effective therapy services in a telehealth setting. This position focuses on helping clients address family tension, relationship concerns, behavioral patterns, stress, and emotional challenges through ongoing therapy and structured treatment plans. You will play a key role in guiding clients through change while keeping care organized, consistent, and clinically sound. Responsibilities: Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions Identify treatment needs through assessment and intake review Develop therapy plans that reflect each client’s goals and clinical needs Maintain complete and accurate progress notes Help clients work through communication issues, conflict, and emotional concerns Review case progress and modify interventions when appropriate Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active LMFT license in New Hampshire Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a role where your work can make a real difference every day.
