Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: New York Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: Our team is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time telehealth opening. This role is focused on helping clients improve family relationships, navigate conflict, respond to stress, and build healthier patterns at home and in daily life. You will provide therapy sessions online, evaluate treatment needs, track progress, and help clients work toward practical, measurable goals. Responsibilities: Deliver remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families Evaluate emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs Guide clients through problem-solving, communication, and coping strategies Document sessions and maintain organized clinical records Review client progress regularly and revise treatment approaches when needed Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Active New York LMFT license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role where your work can truly make a difference from day one.
