Now Hiring: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Location: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: Now hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time telehealth role serving Maryland clients. This position focuses on delivering therapy that helps clients navigate relationship strain, family conflict, anxiety, stress, communication barriers, and major life changes. The day-to-day work is hands-on and client-facing, with a strong emphasis on consistent care, sound clinical judgment, and reliable documentation. Responsibilities: Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions to assigned clients Evaluate emotional, relational, and family-related concerns Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals Document assessments, progress notes, and session summaries promptly Provide support to clients facing interpersonal, marital, or family challenges Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active LMFT license in the state of Maryland Experience providing therapy to couples, families, and individual clients Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Excellent communication and time management skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role built for meaningful remote care and steady professional growth.
