Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Augusta, GA Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Part-Time Pay: $45–$65/hour Job Summary: We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a part-time remote role. This position focuses on delivering telehealth therapy services to clients seeking support with relationships, family conflict, emotional challenges, and day-to-day mental health concerns. You will assess client needs, provide therapeutic support, document care, and help clients build healthier patterns in their personal and family lives. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual intake sessions and clinical evaluations Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth Establish treatment goals and implement appropriate interventions Complete progress notes and treatment updates in a timely manner Help clients address communication issues, conflict, stress, and behavioral concerns Review progress regularly and adjust care plans as needed Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active Georgia LMFT license in good standing Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting preferred Strong understanding of family systems, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong communication and organizational skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your therapy experience to a flexible role where your work can make a steady difference.
