Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Location: New Mexico Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for an LPCC who enjoys steady clinical work and values meaningful one-on-one time with clients. In this remote role, you will provide therapy to individuals across New Mexico who are seeking support with emotional health, personal challenges, and day-to-day coping. Your work will include listening closely, identifying client needs, creating clear treatment plans, and helping clients make progress at a pace that feels realistic for them. Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment goals Create and update treatment plans based on client progress Provide support for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions Keep accurate and timely clinical records Follow state licensing requirements and professional care standards Current New Mexico LPCC license in good standing Master’s degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field Previous experience providing counseling or psychotherapy Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online documentation 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next move in your counseling career with a remote role built for stability, focus, and long-term growth.
