Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position Details Location: North Carolina Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary As a Remote LMFT, you will provide therapy services to clients in North Carolina from a private, secure workspace. Your work will center on helping clients understand patterns within their relationships, improve communication, manage emotional stress, and address challenges affecting their home and family life. This position requires a therapist who can balance clinical care, documentation, treatment planning, and client communication with professionalism and consistency. You will use telehealth tools to deliver structured therapy while maintaining the same standards expected in an in-person clinical setting. Responsibilities Meet with clients through scheduled video therapy sessions Provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families Conduct assessments and review relevant client history Develop treatment plans that reflect each client’s clinical needs Support clients with relationship patterns, family conflict, stress, grief, and communication difficulties Prepare clear and accurate clinical documentation Maintain privacy and professionalism during all remote sessions Active LMFT license in North Carolina Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote care 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LMFT ready to provide quality remote care for clients in North Carolina, we would be glad to review your resume and connect with you.
