Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary Your workday will be centered on virtual therapy sessions with clients who need support navigating personal, relational, and family-related concerns. You may begin with a new client intake, move into couples therapy sessions, update treatment goals, document progress, and help clients identify practical steps they can use between sessions. This remote LMFT role is built for a clinician who can balance strong clinical judgment with clear communication. The focus is on providing steady, professional therapy through telehealth while keeping treatment plans organized and client care on track. Position Snapshot Location: Hialeah, FL Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Benefits: Full benefits package included Responsibilities Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families Complete clinical intakes and assess presenting concerns Identify relationship patterns, communication barriers, and emotional stressors Develop treatment plans with clear and realistic goals Provide therapy for conflict, anxiety, stress, depression, grief, and adjustment concerns Keep client records updated in the electronic health record system Track client progress and adjust treatment direction when needed Maintain ethical, legal, and privacy standards for remote therapy Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field Active Florida LMFT license required License must be current, unrestricted, and in good standing Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Ability to manage a remote caseload independently Reliable internet connection and private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LMFT looking for a remote role where your clinical skills can support individuals, couples, and families, send your resume today and take the next step in your therapy career.
