Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Colorado Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This full-time remote role is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants steady clinical work without evenings, weekends, or in-office commuting. You will provide therapy to Colorado clients who need support with marriage concerns, family conflict, emotional stress, communication patterns, and life transitions. The work is practical and client-focused. You will help clients understand what is happening in their relationships, build healthier ways to communicate, and move through challenges with a clear care plan. Responsibilities Meet with clients through secure video sessions Provide therapy for couples, families, and individuals Help clients address relationship strain, anxiety, stress, grief, family concerns, and conflict Develop treatment goals and track progress over time Keep clinical records organized and current Use appropriate evidence-based therapy methods Active LMFT license in Colorado Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Experience working with couples, families, or individual clients Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a remote LMFT role where your clinical skills can support real families across Colorado, we would be glad to connect with you.
