Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Location: Michigan Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who wants to work remotely in a telehealth setting. In this role, you will help clients navigate personal, marital, and family-related concerns through ongoing therapy sessions. The work is centered on practical support, strong clinical judgment, and helping clients improve how they cope, communicate, and function in everyday life. Responsibilities: Deliver remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families Identify client needs through assessments and clinical interviews Develop and implement effective treatment plans Address concerns such as family conflict, relationship strain, anxiety, stress, and adjustment issues Maintain clear and timely documentation for all sessions Active LMFT license in Michigan Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a role where your work can truly make a difference from day one.
