Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Montana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: This full-time LMFT role is for a therapist who enjoys helping people improve family relationships, communication, and emotional health in a virtual care setting. The day-to-day work includes meeting with clients, understanding their goals, building treatment plans, and guiding them through consistent therapy sessions. It is a strong fit for someone who values structure, clear clinical work, and steady client care. Responsibilities: Meet with clients virtually for scheduled counseling sessions Conduct intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history Build practical treatment plans based on client needs and goals Provide therapy to couples, families, and individual adults Keep documentation current, detailed, and compliant Monitor progress and revise care plans as treatment continues Maintain professional standards for privacy, ethics, and telehealth delivery Active LMFT license in Montana Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload Strong written documentation and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a remote role where your work stays focused and meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
