Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients throughout Maryland. This role centers on helping people improve family dynamics, strengthen relationships, manage emotional challenges, and work through personal or interpersonal concerns in a virtual setting. You will spend your day providing therapy, documenting sessions, and guiding clients through practical, clinically sound treatment strategies. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Assess presenting concerns and create appropriate treatment goals Provide ongoing therapeutic support based on evidence-based practices Keep accurate progress notes and treatment documentation Identify changes in client needs and respond with appropriate clinical interventions Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active LMFT license in the state of Maryland Experience providing therapy to couples, families, and individual clients Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Excellent communication and time management skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role built for meaningful remote care and steady professional growth.
