We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Skills & Qualifications

  • Licensed Massage Therapist in Pennsylvania
  • Strong patient service skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Proficient in patient assessment techniques to identify specific needs.
  • Knowledgeable in pain management principles and practices.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience highly recommended, but newly graduates are welcomed and will be considered.
  • Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
  • Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Familiarity with occupational health practices is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals.
  • Provide a range of massage therapies including Deep tissue massage, Swedish, Prenatal and Sports Massage.
  • Implement effective pain management strategies through personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress in accordance with medical terminology standards.
  • Ability to integrate basic hot stone and aromatherapy techniques when appropriate
  • Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism in the treatment environment.
