MASSAGE THERAPIST POSITION – JACQUELINE MORGAN DAY SPA

What You’ll Do:

As a Jacqueline Morgan Massage Therapist, you will:

• Deliver a variety of massage modalities tailored to the individual needs of each guest.
• Customize sessions by assessing concerns, areas of tension, and overall goals.
• Educate guests on continued care, wellness habits, and appropriate home products.
• Create a nurturing, safe, and welcoming environment for each client.
• Maintain a clean, calm, and properly sanitized treatment space.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure a seamless spa experience.
• Participate in continuing education and team development meetings.
• Present yourself with professionalism in appearance, communication, and attitude.
• Build guest loyalty through consistent care, thoughtful attention, and genuine connection.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Licensed Massage Therapist (Maryland)
• Passionate about bodywork and wellness.
• Intuitive, empathetic, and attentive to guest needs.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Organized and reliable with strong time management.
• Calm under pressure, flexible, and adaptable.
• Committed to healing, professionalism, and guest-centered care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
