OVERVIEW

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and caring LMT to join our team! We want someone who will complement our existing practice, contribute to our patients’ well-being, and integrate into our office as part of our dynamic team of staff, doctors, and other practitioners. This is a hybrid position where you will earn an hourly wage as a Chiropractic Assistant, plus a percentage of collections for each massage. Some shifts each week will be dedicated to working as a CA, others will be open for booking sessions. We will provide you with a room in our beautiful building in which to practice massage, as well as a built-in client base of hundreds of patients coming through our practice every week.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Ohio license for massage therapy practice.
• Proof of Liability Insurance
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to massage techniques.
• Experience in pain management and patient assessment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on patient care.
  Familiarity with trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage is highly desirable.

Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:

• Providing therapeutic massages for relaxation, pain relief, decreased stress and muscle tension
• Assessing patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborating with the chiropractic team to integrate massage therapy into overall patient care.
• Maintaining accurate records of treatments and patient progress.
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients during their sessions.
• Providing exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
