Position Details Employment Type: Part-Time Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends) Department: Spa / Hospitality What You’ll Do Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to each guest’s needs Perform a variety of massage modalities and be open to learning spa-specific treatments Conduct client consultations, including reviewing health history and identifying needs Ensure guests feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit Maintain high standards of sanitation, sterilization, and safety in accordance with regulations Recommend retail products and promote spa services to enhance guest wellness Uphold exceptional service standards and guest privacy at all times Assist with stocking linens, towels, and treatment supplies Requirements What We’re Looking For Active Wisconsin Massage Therapist License (required) Certification in massage therapy with knowledge of multiple modalities Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset Ability to recommend services and retail products confidently Basic computer skills for scheduling and guest management Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods Frequent use of hands and arms for massage techniques Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable working in a spa environment with varying temperatures Work Environment Indoor spa setting within a high-volume resort Moderate noise level with occasional exposure to humidity and temperature changes Guest-focused, service-driven environment About Lake Lawn Resort Located on Delavan Lake, Lake Lawn Resort is a premier destination offering relaxation, recreation, and exceptional guest service.
