Description The Windsor Court seeks a licensed massage therapist to join our team and provide exceptional spa treatments to our guests. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for greeting guests, conducting professional consultations, and providing massages in accordance with the requirements and the hotel standards. Responsibilities: - Greet guests and provide a warm welcome to the spa - Conduct professional consultations with clients to determine their medical history and any current physical pain/stress - Describe available treatments to meet their needs and requirements - Provide professional massage in accordance with guests’ requirements and preferences - Perform duties accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with treatment protocols - Adhere to hotel and spa standards to ensure a high level of service is provided to guests Requirements - High School diploma or equivalent and/or at least one year of experience in a hotel or related field preferred. - Must hold and maintain a State-licensed massage therapist license and required insurance. - Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly. - Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. - Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations. - Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
