As the LMSW, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: * Identify barriers which impact optimal client functioning. * Acts as client advocate, promotes autonomy and champion’s client’s right to self-determination, incorporating client’s wishe * Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. * Provide individual and/or family counseling to identified clients of the agency * Conduct assessments, make referrals, and respond to requests for emergency assistance when appropriate * Complete treatment plans, progress notes, insurance forms and other appropriate documentation as requested in a timely manner * Consult with the clinical supervisor on a regular basis regarding caseload activity School-Based Social Worker Minimum Salary: $37.00 School-Based Social Worker Maximum Salary: $38.00 School-Based Social Worker Schedule: Per Diem - up to 19 hours a week.
