JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Apprentice Technician or Licensed Mechanic with 5+ years of hands-on experience servicing European vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with luxury and performance automotive brands (such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, etc.), with advanced diagnostic and repair skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an automotive technician, with significant experience in servicing luxury or European vehicles
  • Deep understanding of complex automotive systems and electronic diagnostics
  • Proficiency with OEM diagnostic platforms and scan tools for high-end vehicle brands
  • High level of precision, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
  • ASE Certification(s) and/or brand-specific training/ Red Seal Endorsement
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in an automotive environment
  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation service setting
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues in luxury vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, suspensions, drivetrains, and electrical components
  • Perform high-precision maintenance and repairs according to OEM specifications and manufacturer guidelines
  • Utilize brand-specific diagnostic tools and software (e.g., Mercedes Star, BMW ISTA, Audi ODIS)
  • Maintain accurate service records and ensure work meets strict quality and safety standards
  • Work closely with service advisors to communicate findings and recommendations to clients
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and care when working on customer vehicles
  • Stay current with new vehicle technologies, repair procedures, and participate in brand-specific training programs
