Warde includes a 36-bed senior residential community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility, providing short-term rehab and long-term care. Full benefits Supportive, mission-driven environment Consistent schedule you can actually plan around Competitive Pay - $26.00 – $30.92/hour, based on years of experience Base + 11-7 Shift Differential $2.00 during the weekday and $3.50 during the weekend Full Time Benefits; Outstanding medical, dental, and vision coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) reimbursing most out-of-pocket healthcare costs Earn $2,400/year extra if enrolled in another employer-sponsored health plan Company-paid short-term disability and life insurance Optional critical illness, accident, long-term disability, legal plan, and pet insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) with 3% automatic employer contribution after 1 year What You’ll Do, In addition to standard LNA duties, responsibilities include; Administer medications as ordered under the direction of the licensed nurse and physician Follow pharmacy and nursing center policies for medication and narcotic administration Accurately document scheduled and PRN medications Monitor residents overnight and ensure comfort, safety, and personal care needs are met Maintain awareness of resident care plans Support resident independence while providing respectful, compassionate care Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Requirements Must be at least 18 Must have High school graduate or GED Must be a licensed LNA with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing Must have a Medical All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin, marital or familial status, age or mental or physical handicap
