Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location: New York Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Summary: Join a thriving team and provide critical support to individuals navigating mental health challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you’ll help clients overcome obstacles, build resilience, and take steps towards better mental health. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals and groups. Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for clients. Use evidence-based techniques to address anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support clients' overall well-being. Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field. Active LMHC licensure in New York. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role.
