Job Overview Location: Pompano Beach, FL Setting: Remote / Telehealth Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide remote counseling sessions for assigned clients Complete intake assessments and document presenting concerns Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs Provide counseling for anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment issues, grief, and relationship concerns Track client progress and update plans as needed Maintain clinical records in accordance with required standards Use secure systems for telehealth sessions and communication Follow all confidentiality and ethical guidelines Identify safety concerns and respond according to clinical procedures Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field Active Florida LMHC license in good standing Previous experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload responsibly Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions Annual pay of $115,000–$120,000 Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Full-time weekday schedule Administrative support If this role aligns with your experience and career goals, submit your information and take the next step in your LMHC career.
