Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location: Rhode Island Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Summary We are recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a full-time, remote telehealth position serving clients in Rhode Island. This role is focused on providing structured outpatient therapy, maintaining high-quality documentation, and supporting clients with clear, goal-oriented treatment plans. Responsibilities Provide telehealth therapy sessions to assigned clients on a scheduled basis Complete intakes, clinical assessments, and treatment plans in the EMR Maintain timely progress notes and documentation per clinical standards Apply evidence-informed interventions aligned with client goals Monitor clinical progress and adjust treatment direction as appropriate Conduct risk assessments and follow escalation procedures when needed Coordinate referrals and collaborate with care partners (with consent) Active Rhode Island LMHC license in good standing Master’s degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy (telehealth preferred, not required) Strong documentation skills and comfort working in an EMR Ability to maintain a professional, consistent Monday–Friday schedule 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match To be considered, send your resume along with your preferred client population and availability for a brief screening call.
