Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location: Hawaii Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Hawaii-licensed LMHC to provide remote therapy for clients seeking support with mental health, emotional wellness, and everyday life challenges. This position allows you to deliver professional counseling services from a private remote workspace while maintaining a consistent full-time schedule. The role includes clinical assessments, therapy sessions, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and proper documentation. It is a strong fit for a counselor who wants to stay focused on client care in a telehealth setting. Responsibilities Complete assessments and determine appropriate treatment direction Help clients work through anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and relationship-related concerns Use appropriate counseling techniques based on client needs Set treatment goals and review progress during ongoing care Keep session notes and client records accurate and up to date Protect client confidentiality in all remote communications Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active LMHC license in Hawaii Previous counseling or psychotherapy experience Ability to provide care through a virtual platform Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready to provide meaningful care in a stable remote setting, we encourage you to take the next step in your counseling career.
