Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location: Indiana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are currently looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide telehealth services for clients throughout Indiana. This role centers on direct counseling care, including assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic support, and documentation. It is a strong fit for someone who wants a steady full-time schedule and the opportunity to help clients through accessible virtual care. Responsibilities: Lead individual therapy sessions in a remote setting Complete client intakes and clinical assessments Establish treatment goals and provide ongoing counseling support Use evidence-based approaches to address a range of mental health concerns Document all services, progress notes, and treatment updates on time Monitor client needs and escalate urgent concerns when appropriate Active LMHC license in Indiana Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related field At least 1 year of clinical counseling experience Strong experience with telehealth or willingness to work fully remote Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual platforms 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role that makes care more accessible — take the next step in your counseling career with us.
