Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location: Rhode Island Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide virtual counseling services to individuals who need consistent, accessible mental health support. In this role, you will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, lead therapy sessions, and help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. This position is ideal for a clinician who values structure, meaningful client care, and the flexibility of telehealth. Responsibilities: Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete mental health assessments and intake evaluations Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Support clients with ongoing therapeutic interventions and goal tracking Identify risk factors and respond appropriately to crisis situations Active LMHC license in Rhode Island Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related field At least 1 year of clinical counseling experience Strong experience with telehealth or willingness to work fully remote Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual platforms 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role that makes care more accessible — take the next step in your counseling career with us.
