Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Indiana Role Snapshot This role centers on providing structured mental health counseling through a secure telehealth platform. You will support clients managing anxiety, mood disorders, and life stressors while contributing to clinical oversight through supervision and case guidance. The focus is consistent care delivery and strong clinical standards. Responsibilities Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions Complete clinical assessments and treatment planning Maintain timely and accurate documentation Supervise associate-level clinicians as assigned Review cases for quality and regulatory alignment Adjust treatment approaches based on client progress Active Indiana LMHC license Master’s degree in Counseling or related field Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy Prior supervision experience preferred Comfortable working independently in a remote role 2 weeks PTO Health insurance 401(k) with 3% company match If you are ready to work in a focused telehealth setting with room for clinical leadership, this role is worth exploring.
