Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location: Washington Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position Details: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide virtual counseling services for individuals seeking support with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. In this role, you will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, lead therapy sessions, and help clients build practical coping skills that support progress in daily life. This is a strong fit for a counselor who values structured clinical work, clear communication, and the flexibility of telehealth care. Responsibilities: Provide virtual mental health counseling sessions to individuals through a telehealth platform Complete psychosocial assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation for each client encounter Support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions Apply evidence-based counseling methods based on client needs Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate Coordinate care and make referrals when additional support or services are needed Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field Active LMHC license At least 1 year of post-licensure counseling experience preferred Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Comfortable providing care in a remote or telehealth setting Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a professional home office environment 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a flexible telehealth setting and explore your next career move with us.
