Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Job Summary This full-time LMHC role centers on providing structured, client-focused therapy from a remote setting. You will work with clients who need steady support, practical coping tools, and a safe clinical space to process challenges affecting their day-to-day lives. The work involves more than showing up for sessions. You will assess client needs, set treatment goals, document progress, and help clients build healthier patterns over time. Position Details Location: Hialeah, FL Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Conduct remote counseling sessions for adults, couples, or families based on clinical fit Complete assessments and identify client concerns, symptoms, and goals Develop individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing counseling using appropriate therapeutic methods Keep clinical records complete, accurate, and submitted on time Track client response to treatment and make clinical adjustments as needed Support clients with emotional distress, communication issues, adjustment concerns, and behavioral health needs Maintain professional boundaries and follow telehealth best practices Participate in case consultation or coordination when appropriate Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field Active Florida LMHC license in good standing Previous experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload responsibly Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions Annual salary of $115,000–$120,000 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Remote work environment Consistent weekday schedule Supportive administrative process Take the next step toward a remote counseling role where your clinical skills can be used with purpose and consistency.
