Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location: Indiana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to support clients through virtual counseling services in Indiana. The day-to-day work includes evaluating client needs, leading therapy sessions, documenting care, and helping individuals build healthier coping strategies. This role offers the chance to provide consistent support in a remote setting while maintaining a reliable weekday schedule. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual counseling sessions with adult or adolescent clients Complete intake assessments and review client history Create and implement treatment plans based on clinical findings Provide ongoing therapeutic support using evidence-based methods Monitor client progress and make treatment adjustments as needed Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical records Active LMHC license in Indiana Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related field At least 1 year of clinical counseling experience Strong experience with telehealth or willingness to work fully remote Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual platforms 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role that makes care more accessible — take the next step in your counseling career with us.
