Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location: Indiana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join a remote care team serving clients across Indiana. The counselor in this role will help clients manage mental health concerns through ongoing virtual therapy, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring. This is a practical, client-facing role for someone who wants to focus on quality care in a steady full-time schedule. Responsibilities: Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions to clients Conduct psychosocial assessments and gather clinical history Build treatment plans based on client needs and goals Track progress and adjust care plans as appropriate Document sessions, treatment updates, and client responses accurately Provide support for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and related concerns Active LMHC license in Indiana Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related field At least 1 year of clinical counseling experience Strong experience with telehealth or willingness to work fully remote Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual platforms 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role that makes care more accessible — take the next step in your counseling career with us.
