Licensed Mental Health Counselor Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Washington Role Summary In this role, you will provide virtual mental health care to adults through structured therapy sessions. Your work supports emotional regulation, coping skills, and long-term treatment goals while allowing you to practice in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress Coordinate care when referrals or additional services are needed Follow Washington State clinical and ethical standards Active Washington LMHC license Master’s degree in Counseling or related field Experience providing outpatient therapy services Comfortable working independently in a remote environment 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match If you are looking for steady hours, remote flexibility, and focused clinical work, this role is worth exploring further.
