Key Responsibilities As a fulltime licensed counselor/therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) on our team, you will experience an environment where both you and our clients are supported and can thrive. Provide customized outpatient therapy for individuals and groups, addressing each client’s unique needs and circumstances to support healing and resilience. Develop and implement comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, to maintain stability and empower clients on their mental health journey. Participate actively in case consultations and discharge planning, bringing your expertise forward to identify opportunities to improve client care. Complete session notes, documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of professional responsibility. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, personal trainers and fellow counselors to offer a well-rounded, integrated approach to both the mental health and overall wellness care of our clients. Qualifications Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health field. A minimum of 3-years counseling experience required. Passion for the integrated wellness approach and the important role it plays in mental health and overall wellness. Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and families. Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to complete case notes and other required documentation tasks efficiently and correctly. Empathetic and nurturing, with the skill and will to push patients to persevere and achieve their goals. Self-aware and mentally stable.
