Our group private practice is currently looking to add providers to the clinical staff. Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Independent Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors are encouraged to apply.

• Ideal candidates should have a minimum of two years of clinical experience and be eligible for credentialing with private insurance companies and Medicare.
• We are hiring multiple providers and are looking for individuals with an interest in working with couples or a generalist provider.
• Interest in and experience working with various populations and presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, LGBTQIA, relationships, stage of life transitions and trauma would be beneficial.
• Clinical staff to provide in-person or hybrid in-person and telehealth sessions.

Barbara L. Fordyce, PhD and Associates is a group private practice in Stark County. Our therapists provide services to clients ranging from children to older adults. A collegial work environment provides the opportunity for connection and consultation. Therapists work as independent practitioners (1099 contractors) within the practice and have flexibility in establishing their schedule. Compensation is based on a percentage of revenue collected, with the opportunity to earn a higher percentage as revenue collected increases. The practice would help facilitate the new provider’s caseload development through internal and external referrals. Phenomenal administrative and billing staff with fast turnaround time on claim processing.
