About the Role Goshen Therapeutic Services is looking for compassionate and dedicated Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our team and provide in-person counseling services within a trauma-responsive, community-based clinical environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting school age children and young adults (ages 5-20) in the Rome, GA area. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a safe, supportive space for youth. Compensation Salary: Competitive base salary ($60,000 - $68,000), with eligibility for performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities. Requirements Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Full licensure in Georgia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Must submit a valid and official transcript showing proof of degree awarded. Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the like. Valid Driver’s License with good driving record and proof of insurance meeting required 100/300/100 liability coverage, and be insurable by GVF's auto insurance carrier. Complete and pass a criminal background check, safety screenings, health exam and drug screen.
